UGCut is an iOS video-editing application with on-device auto-captions. It is provided by I12Y Ltd, a company registered in the Republic of Cyprus (registration number HE 442933) ("we"). By using the app you agree to these terms.
Everything you create in UGCut is yours. We claim no rights over your videos, audio, captions, or exports. Because processing happens on your device, we never receive your content.
You are responsible for the content you edit and publish — including having the rights to any music, footage, or other material you import. UGCut does not provide licensed music; importing audio you have no rights to use is your responsibility.
Do not use UGCut to create or distribute unlawful content, and do not attempt to reverse-engineer, resell, or misrepresent the app.
The app is provided "as is". Automatic speech recognition is imperfect — always review captions before publishing. We are not liable for lost content, missed publications, or damages arising from use of the app, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
We may update the app and these terms; material changes will be reflected here with a new effective date. You can stop using the app at any time; deleting the app deletes its local data.
